The trust has been pivotal in the success of the school. Strong, strategic leadership, including governance, has ensured that the right people are in the right places to secure the necessary improvements.  Middle leadership is particularly effective in key stage 2 in raising achievement.
Senior leaders have implemented thorough assessment systems. Accurate assessment accounts for the rapid improvement to whole school effectiveness.
