Jennifer Hird - Chair of Governors (Director Appointed Governor)
Jen has been a parent at Trinity since 2013 and currently has children in Y1, Y3 and Y5. Jen was a Director appointed Governor and is currently monitoring the English provision at Trinity. Having experience in communications, Jen brings the benefit of ensuring honesty, transparency and accountability between the different groups within the school community as well as the wider Radstock community. With a passion to see Trinity thrive, Jen is committed to ensuring Trinity does the very best for all the children who walk through its doors so that they leave ready for the challenges of Secondary School.

Michelle Parsons - Executive Headteacher
Michelle currently oversees two schools within the Midsomer Norton Schools Partnership, Trinity Church School and its sister school Dundry Church of England Primary School. 

David Wiltshire - Safeguarding Governor (Vice Chair)
Dave is currently the Deputy Headteacher at Norton Hill School. In this role, he focuses upon ensuring the highest quality of the teaching and learning across this large, successful secondary school. Dave has also forged strong links with many primary schools within the region and is in the privileged position to work alongside his primary and secondary colleagues to raise standards in student attainment and progress. Further, he is fully trained as a Designated Safeguard Lead. A science and chemistry teacher, Dave is passionate about ensuring all students have access to the very best education. As a Director appointed Governor, Dave is delighted to be part of the joint governing body for Trinity and Dundry and looks forward to helping all the children at both schools achieve their very best. Dave is monitoring our safeguarding provision and progress and attainment of pupil premium children within the schools.

Donna Grantham - Governor
Donna is currently a community governor and used to be a parent at Trinity for 5 years. Feeling passionate about primary education, Donna can bring energy and enthusiasm to help Trinity and Dundry achieve high standards. Donna always makes herself approachable to parents listening to their thoughts and views. Having worked as a senior play worker in the nursery at Trinity, Donna has gained experience working closely with the schools towards making a difference within children’s education. Donna has volunteered to monitor and work with our early years teams.

Richard Isaac - Director Appointed Governor
Richard is a Director appointed Governor and currently has a child in Y2, one in Acorns and another who will start Acorns in 2019 and therefore has a vested interest in the school and the community for the next 10 years. He works in Banking and his work primarily focuses on ensuring compliance and adherence to Bank policies and procedures in the branch network. He is also responsible for independently investigating concerns raised through whistleblowing and other policies. Richard volunteered to become a Governor to help the school and all the students to reach their full potential.
